承运人和旅客可以约定承运人对旅客车辆和旅客车辆以外的其他行李损失的免赔额。但是，对每一车辆损失的免赔额不得超过300计算单位，对每名旅客的车辆以外的其他行李损失的免赔额不得超过135计算单位。在计算每一车辆或者每名旅客的车辆以外的其他行李的损失赔偿数额时，应当扣除约定的承运人免赔额。
